Our 6 week fitness challenge kicks off on the 1st of February. We guarantee anyone who commits to 6 weeks of clean eating and training at Southbridge CrossFit will see fantastic results.
The first 6 week challenge of 2017 is FREE to join for all members, you just need to pay for the scans at the start and end costing $25 each.

WHAT’S INVOLVED WITH THE CHALLENGE?
The 6 week challenge involves setting and working towards your own health and fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight and/or gain muscle, improve your strength and fitness, or simply start moving!
Starts Wednesday February 1st. However the first scan will be Tuesday 31st January between 6am and 11am.
