The 8 Week On Track Challenge finished up in November and it was a fun and challenging 8 weeks for the participants. It was great to see everyone achieve their goals with some outstanding achievements including weight loss, increased muscle mass, some huge strength and fitness improvements and learning how to be a better cook!
We had Misha Laurent Owner/Head chef of 8 Things, come in and show us some quick, easy and healthy meals and to give some hints and tips to make life in the kitchen that little bit easier.
Lee Duncan head physio at Adaptive Physiotherapy came in to talk about shoulder health. Lee helped the members with information about how to keep their shoulders in good health and some hints and tips on how to get them better if there are any injury concerns.

Emma - So happy I have more movement plus lost fat and gained muscle. Big thanks to all the trainers.
Zoe - I am happy to say that the challenge has got me on a great path now. It really improved my diet and I have learnt about substituting foods and making better choices.
Michelle - I’ve really enjoyed the challenge and Crossfit. I didn’t lose much weight but gained some muscle and have heaps more energy!
