A Free Intro is a friendly introduction to Southbridge CrossFit. Most people have a lot of questions and the Free Intro is a great way for us to show you around, provide answers, listen to your story and give you a taste of what a CrossFit session is all about!

Whether you are a professional athlete or just someone looking to get in shape, we want to meet you. Where are you coming from? What have you done in the past? What do you want to accomplish?
Share your story with us and we will start you on a rewarding CrossFit journey.
We will show you around our state of the art facility in Shellharbour and introduce you to the equipment. We will show you how Wodify works and what to expect from a class at Southbridge CrossFit.
If there is a session starting, you can see first-hand what a WOD is and how our sessions cater to ANY fitness level! You are also welcome to jump into the class to get a feel for what CrossFit is all about.
Schedule and Pricing
We’ll cover everything you need to know about how our schedule works and how the membership pricing works.
How long will it take?
Plan for about 10 -15 minutes, however if you are going to join in the class they are 60min sessions that our professional coaches will guide you through.
