Member of the Month – February
Zoe has been with Southbridge for just over 3 months starting in our Mums and Bubs classes, Zoe has always given her best and is starting to realize just what she is capable of!
Zoe has now taken the step of joining our CrossFit program and is doing her first CrossFit Open!

Favourite WOD: 28min EMOM of power cleans, row, slam balls and step-ups.
Favourite Movement: Slamballs
Least Favourite WOD: Anything with burpees! And running! And kettlebell swings! Wods that are for time…coz im sooo slow at finishing them!
Least Favourite Movement: Burpees!
Random Fact: it’s easier to workout to heavy metal!!!!
Goal for 2017: Continue with weight loss, build up strength, work towards DUs, pull-ups, develop more confidence with movements and not let my head psych me out.
Southbridge Experience: When I signed up I was adamant that it was only for 3 months. 3 months have passed and I am still here! CrossFit is now a huge part of my daily routine. Such an awesome environment with encouraging people that give loads of support and motivation. The coaches here are the best!!! They are great at correcting technique and pushing me outside my comfort zone in a safe manner. Thanks heaps Dan, Warwick, Michelle and Shane for the last 3 months….and for putting up with my constant whinging lol!
