SOUTHBRIDGE WOD - 1 hour session of CrossFit skills, strength training followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD)
FIT R - This class is for anyone new to CrossFit. It follows the same class structure as the Southbridge WOD with the focus of getting you ready to tackle the main classes!
OLYMPIC LIFTING - Southbridge Olympic lifting session are specially programmed to improve your technique on snatch, power cleans, clean & jerk and other related lifts.
BEGINNERS CLASS - Come and try Crossfit for FREE, this class is suited to anyone who is looking to start Crossfit. *Bookings Essential.
YOGA - Will help you fell more energized, improve mobility and flexibility, improve concentration and help bring balance to mind, body and spirit.
PILATES - Pilates training compliments CrossFit perfectly. Pilates focuses on posture and trunk stability using slow controlled exercises to engage and activate the pelvic floor, core, back, booty, and legs.
KIDS FITNESS - A 30min health and fitness program designed specifically for kids aged 6- 9 (4pm) and 10 - 12 years (4:30pm). The program focuses on teaching kids how to move efficiently and safely, while also being fun and challenging.
